Prescription drug insurance plan.  There is a premium of $424 annually (reduced for low income) and a co-payment of 30 percent to an annual maximum  of $382.

For Nova Scotians who are at least 65 years old and do not have prescription drug coverage under any other plan or programs.

Program information and enrollment packages are mailed to residents three months prior to their 65th birthday.
